Players want to experience the games they bought before from the very large game store when they are available. In addition, the coronavirus pandemic in the world was the biggest factor in this. As a result, everyone was confined to their homes during this period. People also found the best activity to do in games.

The top-grossing games on Steam in 2021 were Dead by Daylight, Valheim and New World. Halo Infinite, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, and Farming Simulator 2022 made up the biggest games of the year. Resident Evil Village was the one that made up a lot of the other games of the year.
