Ford will sell EV charging installation equipment to its customers

Accordingly, the company will start selling charging installation equipment and software management tools. In order to achieve these goals, Ford started a sales project called Pro Charging.
Ford has created its next 10-year plan. Accordingly, the company aims to sell a total of over 300,000 electric vehicles to government agencies and large enterprises during this period. Ford will include a feature that can facilitate the bulk purchases of large enterprises, especially in its vehicles. The company will feature Telematics, of its own design, in its commercial electric vehicles.
Telematics will facilitate the tracking of vehicle fleet by business owners. Businesses will be able to track which electric vehicle consumes where, how much energy and which vehicle has how much energy. It will also be able to see at which stations the vehicles are filling up.
Ford will come and install the charging station itself at the home of its customers or at the location determined by the businesses. AC or DC fast charging point will be established according to the needs of the customers. Ford Pro Charging customers need to subscribe to the company’s software platform.
