Two days have passed after Musk received this title, this time a new news came from another well-established organization, the Financial Times.
The Financial Times newspaper announced that, just like Time magazine, it gave the title of ‘Person of the Year’ for 2021 to Elon Musk. The newspaper praised Elon Musk’s work to transform the electric car industry. Financial Times editor Roula Khalaf used the description of Musk as “revolutionary in the industry”.
Musk denies accusations about electric car
The newspaper explained that the accusations made against Musk for a long time were also unjustified, citing an interview given by Elon Musk as follows:
“For a long time, the rest of the auto industry basically called Tesla and me idiots and crooks. They said electric cars wouldn’t work, you wouldn’t get range and performance, and even if you did, no one would buy them. ”
Elon Musk was named Person of the Year 2021 by the Times, which caused some controversy. US Senator Elizabeth Warren shared my vote on the Times’ election and stated that the magazine’s decision showed that tax reform should be made, and that the person of the year should be a real taxpayer.
