Epic Games Store, which was introduced to the players in December 2018 as a competitor to Steam and has followed a very aggressive policy since then, offers different games to players every new week. On the other hand, the game client draws attention with a feature that it hasn’t had for years. The company finally listened to the request of the players and the feature met with the players.
Cart feature for Epic Games Store
Even if you only used it for free games until today, there was one thing you should have noticed: You couldn’t add games to your cart on the Epic Games Store and buy them in bulk.
Even when you were getting free games, you had to add the games to the cart, purchase them, return to the main menu and purchase a different game again. When cumbersome menus and consecutive e-mails were added to this whole process, the situation turned into a torture.
This torture has come to an end with the new Epic Games Store client update this week. Now, players can add their first game by coming to the page of the game they want to add to the cart and clicking the ‘Add To Chart’ or ‘Add to Cart’ button.
When you add a different game to the basket at a later stage, the number next to the basket button in the upper right will increase. Now all you have to do is click on the basket to reach the final stage and buy the games in bulk.
