Vivo, one of the technology giants, will introduce the Vivo S18, Vivo S18 Pro and Vivo S18e smartphones at the event to be held in China on December 14. Vivo will also launch the S18 series in global markets in the second quarter of 2024 under the name Vivo V30, and the company recently shared teasers of the upcoming smartphones on Weibo under the title Studio Level Portraits.
According to the post, the primary sensor of the S18 Pro, one of the smartphones that will have a 50MP selfie camera with dual soft light to improve night photography, will be paired with a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide sensor with f / 2.0 aperture. The device, which will have a 12MP Sony IMX 663 telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom, will also include the VCS and portrait algorithms of the Vivo X100 series smartphones.Finally, about the S18 Pro, the company also confirmed that the device will support the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset built on a 4 nm process and a 5000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging technology.
Vivo S18, on the other hand, will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. The back of the device, which received over 1221 points in single-core tests and over 3468 points in multi-core tests, will be equipped with a round-square design ring LED light. According to the latest post, both devices are expected to be released in Black, Gray and Feather White color options.
