Confirmed: Redmi Note 13 Pro is coming global
According to the leaked listing, Xiaomi is working on two different Redmi Note 13 Pro models. For those who missed it, the 5G supported base model was introduced with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. The second version will be limited to LTE support. Both phones have been verified by Thailand’s telecommunications regulator NBTC.
The certificate clearly says “Redmi Note 13 Pro” and “Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G” and points to two different phones. At this point, it is currently unclear what the LTE-supported model will offer beyond the chipset change. However, it would be correct to say that the series will make its global debut very soon. There are even rumors that it will be branded as POCO X series in global markets.
What will Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G offer?
According to current reports, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G will have a 6.67-inch OLED display on the front offering 1.5k resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, this panel will be accompanied by 1,800 nits brightness, Dolby Vision and an under-screen fingerprint scanner. In the camera department, it is likely to receive support from a triple setup: 2MP + 8MP + 200MP. Other expected features include up to 16GB of RAM, 5G support, 67W fast charging, 5,000mAh battery pack and USB-C port.
