US-based technology giant Google announced a new feature called “Passkeys” earlier this year. This new feature offered users an alternative way to password entry when logging into their Google accounts. Users who activated the Passkeys feature could choose to use a fingerprint, face scan or PIN code instead of a password when logging into Google applications or a website using their Google account.
The latest statement about this feature, which has been in the testing phase for a while, reveals that all users will now be encouraged to use Passkeys. Google will now activate this new feature by default for both corporate and individual users. From now on, when the user tries to log in to his Google account, he will use biometric data or PIN code instead of traditional password or two-factor codes.

Google says that Passkeys is a better method than this because cyber attackers can access all the details on the phone when necessary. The new feature, which is still in the distribution phase, may appear when you try to log in to your Google account. After this process, you will not need to use a password to open your Google account.
