Another feature of the Vivo iQOO 12 series has been revealed
For those who don’t know, leaks about a new iQOO 12 model with a 64 MP telephoto camera appeared earlier this year. Today, these claims were confirmed by Digital Chat Station. Accordingly, Vivo iQOO 12 will have an OmniVision 64B sensor with 3x telephoto and OIS support for video calls and selfies on the front.
Additionally, the current report states that the device will be powered by the OIS-supported OmniVision OV50H sensor with 50MP resolution. In the ultra wide angle section, the 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 sensor will serve. As you know, the iQOO brand was initially targeting mobile players. Nowadays, it has competed with mainstream phones. Let us also remind you that the iQOO 12 series will be supported by Vivo’s V3 ISP image processor.
According to previous reports, the Vivo iQOO 12 series will use the Samsung E7 AMOLED panel on the front, offering 2K resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate. This panel will be accompanied by metal structure and 200W fast charging support. It is also stated that the smartphone will receive support from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0.
The iQOO 12 series will run the Android 14-based Origin OS 4.0 interface out of the box. All details about the smartphones are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
