Pixel 8 and 8 Pro tested before launch
For those who don’t know, Pixel 8 and 8 Pro, which will be the successors of the Pixel 7 series, will be powered by the new generation Tensor G3 chipset. In this context, while the exciting wait continues, both phones were tested by PBKreviews in Geekbench 6 and 3DMark Wild Life. According to Geekbench 6 results, Pixel 8 performs 11 percent lower in the single-core test (1,563) and almost 7 percent lower in the multi-core test (4,159) compared to its older brother. The scores of Pixel 8 Pro are 1,760 and 4,442 respectively.
So much so that PBKreviews states that the Pixel 8 reaches 45 degrees Celsius and the Pixel 8 Pro is 46 degrees hotter. However, it should not be forgotten that these are early test samples.
