The iPhone 15 series, introduced by US-based technology giant Apple last month, went on sale worldwide. Now both content creators and ordinary users can experience Apple’s newest phones. What many people are eagerly waiting for is the durability tests to be carried out on the iPhone 15 models.

In a news article we shared with you last week, we talked about a video shared on the famous YouTube channel JerryRigEverything. The back glass of the iPhone 15 Pro Max broke when a slight force was applied. We said that this may be due to the titanium frame being too resistant to bending. There was a new development on the subject today. iPhone 15 Pro Max, which was put to the durability test in a laboratory environment, managed to overcome all difficulties.

iPhone 15 Pro Max withstood 50 kilograms of force!

The Consumer Reports team conducted two tests to determine how durable the iPhone 15 Pro Max is. The first of these was the drop test and the second was the bending test. In the drop test, the team dropped the phone into a washing machine-like container and turned it 50 times. The team checked the phone and dialed it 50 more times and encountered a striking situation at the end of the test. iPhone 15 Pro Max, which fell 100 times, survived this test with minor scratches. But there was more to it than that.

The most important test for the iPhone 15 Pro Max was about bending. Consumer Reports applied 50 kilograms of force on the iPhone 15 Pro Max and examined the results. Although JerryRigEverything broke the phone within seconds, such a thing did not happen in the laboratory. Even though the phone was seriously bent, it was working at the end of the test and there was no problem with the back glass. ..
