Google, one of the technology giants, will launch its new products Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro on October 4. A recently leaked new advertising video revealed Pixel 8’s manual camera controls, new features and artificial intelligence features.Here are the expected features of Google Pixel 8:
A leaked video posted to 91Mobiles has revealed a pretty detailed breakdown of all the new camera features coming to the Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, including features like Night Sight, Astrophotography, and Super Res Zoom.
The video starts with Video Boost, which Google says will use artificial intelligence to create a smoother look and bring the effects of Night Sight to the video. The video also provides the first look at the Sound Eraser feature, another previously revealed feature, and offers a quick example of removing the city noise in the background of a cello player’s video.Perhaps the craziest use of artificial intelligence in video is in the Google Photos feature on Pixel 8, where the app can change the faces of people in a frame to create the frame you want. Additionally, according to the video, the Google Pixel 8 Pro also comes with a full manual control option called Pro Controls.
Both devices in the Pixel 8 series will feature a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN1 primary sensor with f / 1.68 aperture. In addition, Pixel 8 will have a 12 MP ultra-wide camera with autofocus. Pixel 8 Pro, on the other hand, gets a 48 MP ultra-wide camera and a 48 MP telephoto camera that offers 5x optical zoom.
If we talk about the front cameras of the devices that will be released on October 4, Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro will have a 10.5 MP selfie camera with f / 2.2 aperture. While the one on Pixel 8 is fixed-focus, the one on Pixel 8 Pro is expected to be auto-focus.
