In the fast-paced world of cryptocurrencies, analysts have their eyes on five important altcoin projects with different appearances. While one trader advocates patience for Chainlink (LINK), another expert predicts explosive growth for Solana (SOL). Additionally, predictions for RLB and Fantom (FTM) offer further insight into the ever-evolving crypto landscape.

LINK prediction from altcoin analyst

Altcoin Sherpa, a well-known crypto trader with 196,200 followers on social media platform X, shared a serious perspective on Chainlink. Although the trader acknowledges LINK’s solid crypto infrastructure, he suggests that it may take a few months for Chainlink to break out of its permanent trading range. “LINK: is still one of the best coins in terms of overall crypto infrastructure, but it is still a coin that is floating around. You might consider buying it, letting it sit for more than six months, and then selling it for a much higher price. I think this is not a good active trade,” says Altcoin Sherpa.

Chainlink has been locked in a trading range with a high of $9.33 and a low of $5.53 since May 2022. At the time of this writing, LINK is priced at $6.28, an increase of 1.7% in the last 24 hours. Additionally, Altcoin Sherpa takes a look at layer-1 projects that have lost some importance in the current crypto cycle but could potentially trade at higher values a year from now. In addition to various crypto predictions, Altcoin Sherpa also weighs in on crypto gambling platform Rollbit’s native token, RLB, which has surged a staggering 714% from $0.0189 on June 11 to $0.154 at the time of writing.

Altcoin Sherpa predicts that RLB may drop to retest the $0.126 support level at $0.135 or lower after failing to maintain the $0.178 level. “RLB: There was some good movement today due to the hacking of stocks, but I still think the chart itself looks bad. “I will hold off on buying this for now.” says. Finally, Altcoin Sherpa takes a look at smart contract platform Fantom (FTM). Its chart shows that Fantom could bounce after touching the $0.202 level, which it last tested back about a year ago. At the time of writing, Fantom is valued at $0.203 and is up 0.8% in the last 24 hours.

Record prediction for SOL

In the crypto world, where optimism and patience often collide, these contrasting perspectives on Chainlink, Solana, RLB, and Fantom highlight the versatile nature of the market, leaving investors with a number of strategic options to consider. On the other hand, investor Chris Burniske, who is known for correctly saying that the crypto market will bottom in 2022, is spreading bullish sentiment for Solana. He shared his optimism with his 263,300 followers on social media platform X, reacting to a person who deposited a $75,000 bonus into SOL. Burniske’s prediction is based on the belief that Solana will reach a price double of the all-time high of approximately $260 recorded in November 2021.

“It assumes SOL will hit at least 2x its all-time high, which I think is likely, but I could always be wrong,” Burniske says. Currently, Solana is trading at $19.61 and would need to gain approximately 2,551% to reach Burniske’s predicted price of $520. Burniske also predicts that Solana will outperform Ethereum during the next market rally. Burniske points to several factors, including muted product launches, upgraded functionality, lower fees, increased yield, and lack of excitement, as signs that a new product cycle is beginning.
