Microsoft Paint could be the next Windows program to be updated with productive artificial intelligence. According to a new report, Microsoft is working to add AI-powered features to its Paint, Camera, and Snipping Tool tools in Windows 11. So, what will artificial intelligence bring to applications?According to the user’s statement, no new technology will be used for the artificial intelligence feature that produces images. It is said to be the technology used in Bing Image Creator. For example; Paint will have a new sidebar and a Magic Paint button that allows the user to enter a description of the image. The picture created by artificial intelligence can be transferred to the canvas and changes can be made.
The Photos application will gain a new feature that allows people or objects in a photo to be detected, cut and transferred to a desired location. It is also said that OCR technology will be added for the camera and the Snipping tool. This will make it easier to copy text on photos or screenshots.
It is unclear whether Microsoft will actually bring the said features. These ideas are said to be in the experimental stage. In addition to introducing new Surface devices, the company will frequently talk about artificial intelligence in Windows at the event to be held on September 21.
