Work continues on a new feature for Twitter, which we started to call X after it was bought by Elon Musk. This new feature, which has also been confirmed by Elon Musk and says it will “improve aesthetics”, seems to offer a new experience for users who follow news pages on X.

If you follow accounts that share news in the current state of X; you’ll see the headlines, the link, and the headline image. The new system that Elon Musk and his team are working on eliminates the title explanations. The shared news will include the link and headline image when the new feature becomes available. X thinks that with this move, the shares made for the clickbait will decrease.

The new order in news posts will be like this:

*Available on the left, new design on the right.

As you can see in the screenshot above, with the new feature of X, account admins will have to generate manual text for each post. In this way, what a news is about will be explained in a better way. The title shared on the website will not be displayed in the post. Let’s also say that the interface of X will be simplified with this feature.

Elon Musk’s statement about the new design:

This new feature comes directly from me. It will greatly improve the aesthetics.

Let’s not skip Elon Musk’s other statement about journalists. The billionaire businessman seems to want journalists to write news directly on X. Elon Musk’s statement on the subject is as follows:

If you’re a journalist who wants more writing freedom and higher income, post directly on this platform!
