Dubbed a “work of automotive art,” Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire takes its color inspiration from a French rose, also known as Black Baccara. In the shade, a dark pomegranate color appears almost black, while in sunlight it turns a pearlescent red.

At 208.6 inches long and 78.7 inches wide, this imposing special edition looks smaller than it actually is thanks to its sleek design. According to the allegations, the cost of the design is 30 million dollars.

La Rose Noire, which took four years to build, has fascinating details.

Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire features a new monocoque chassis made of steel, aluminum and carbon fiber. The vehicle, which has a 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 engine, provides 593 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque.

Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire, which accelerates from 0 to 100 in 5 seconds, can see 250 km / h at maximum speed.

Vertical taillights, a large rear diffuser and a removable roof are also among the highlights. For the ceiling, electrochromic self-tinted glass is used for maximum comfort.

Inside, there are only three main buttons on the front panel. In addition, the wooden section surrounding the passengers with a console-like armrest placed between the two seats looks very aesthetic.

Described as “the most intricate parquet ever created at Rolls-Royce,” the section is made using 1,603 hand-laid black wood veneer triangles. Representing the falling petals of the rose it inspired, the wood was sourced from black sycamore wood imported from France, and each of the all wooden triangles was cut, sanded and fitted by hand.

On the other hand, a special one-off watch was also created by Swiss watchmakers to be compatible with the special car.

Based on the 43-millimetre Royal Oak Concept Split-Seconds Chronograph GMT Large Date, the watch’s counters and inner bezel are red, while the black dial has rhodium-toned bevels. This watch can also be removed from the vehicle and worn on the wrist.
