A new Apple event will be held next September. There are leaks that it will be September 12 or 13 as a date. The processors of the iPhone 15 series will be A16 and A17
The iPhone 14 series, the latest phone models currently sold by Apple, also uses the same processors that Apple used in the previous year’s Pro models, namely the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max models. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have the A15 processor. The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro have A16 processors.
It turned out that Apple will not break this tradition and carry it to the new iPhone 15 series. In the last post by Apple Hub, it was said that there are some codes for the iPhone 15 series, which will be introduced next month in the new tvOS 17 version. Here it is said that the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will use the A16 chip. The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models will use the A17 processor.
However, there are some other leaks that have already surfaced. For example, the iPhone 15 series will now come with the Type-C port we’ve seen on MacBooks and many Android phones. There are also some changes on the screen side. It is now said that the new Pro devices will have much thinner bezels.
Another important leak is that there will be a name change. All Apple users found it strange to switch to Max after Plus, but then they got used to it. Later, thanks to the iPhone 14 Plus, the Plus name is back again. Now it is rumored that Max will be removed. It will be replaced by the Ultra name we saw on the Apple Watch.
In other words, a new device called iPhone 15 Ultra is waiting for us. It will not be different from the iPhone 15 Pro Max in terms of features. Instead, the Pro Max nomenclature will be removed, leaving its place to Ultra. Let’s say that this information is not yet finalized.
