Famous Youtube star Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, has filed a lawsuit against the company behind the brand last week after complaints from users about their eponymous MrBeast Burger. MrBeast Burger is a ghost kitchen initiative that offers ready-made burgers through the app, just like Yemeksepeti.

MrBeast first opened this virtual burger restaurant in 2020. MrBeast Burger is sold in 300 locations in North America and Europe. After Donaldson sued the company last week over complaints, Virtual Dining Concepts has now also filed a lawsuit against MrBeast.

MrBeast faces $100 million lawsuit

MrBeast, which established a virtual restaurant partnership with Virtual Dining Concepts in 2020 with a ghost kitchen concept, was selling burgers bearing its name. However, recently, there have been a lot of negative reviews about burgers from users.

Evaluating complaints from customers, MrBeast sued VDC for failing to fulfill its contractual responsibilities, including promotional and promotional efforts.

A week after the lawsuit was filed, Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC), which undertook the supply and delivery of MrBeast Burger, denied the rumors.

VDC demanded $100 million in compensation from the famous YouTuber, saying Donaldson’s actions caused “huge financial damage” and damaged the burger restaurant’s reputation.

VDC, on the other hand, claimed that Donaldson knew the MrBeast Burger brand was valuable and attempted to renegotiate a more favorable contract in November 2022, February 2023 and June 2023, but these attempts proved fruitless. In the lawsuit, it was also said that Donaldson insulted the brand.
