Chinese technology giant Xiaomi has introduced a new 5G powered affordable smartphone in India today. We are talking about the model named Poco M6 Pro 5G. The device carries a 6.79 inch LCD screen with FHD+ resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate.The smartphone is equipped with Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. This is accompanied by up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. If it is not enough, it is possible to expand the memory of the device up to 1 TB with a microSD card.
On the back panel of the Poco M6 Pro 5G, there is a dual camera system with LED flash consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture.
MIUI 14 and 5,000mAh battery
The body of the smartphone measures 168.6 × 76.28 × 8.17 mm. Its weight is 199 grams. Thanks to its IP53 certification, it provides protection against dust and liquid splashes. We can list its other features as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, infrared sensor, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1 and USB Type-C.
POCO M6 Pro 5G comes out of the box with MIUI 14 based on Android 13. The Chinese brand has included a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W charging support in the device. The smartphone is available in green and black color options and will go on sale in India from August 9th.
