First Mac models with Apple M3 chip
The Apple M3 Pro chip is expected to contain 12 CPU cores, 18 GPU cores, a maximum of 36GB of RAM. If we compare it with the M2 Pro processor, it will have +2 CPU and GPU cores. On the RAM side, the M2 Pro chip supports up to 32GB at most.
Apple’s first Mac models with the M3 chip; It could be the 13-inch MacBook Air, the new 24-inch iMac, and the MacBook Pro. Higher-end Mac models like the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro aren’t expected to be updated with the M3 chip until mid-2024.
