While there is no official information on the subject, there has been a development that excites us all today. Famous actor Thomas Haden Church, whom we saw as Sandman (Flint Marko) in Spider-Man 3, said in a statement to Comicbook.com that he heard some rumors.
Church heard a rumor that could bring Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire back together
Church stated that he would love to play if there is a fourth Spider-Man directed by Sam Raimi, and explained the rumor he heard as follows: “I heard some rumors that Sam Raimi will be making a new Spider-Man movie with Tobey Maguire.”
As we said before, the statements of the famous actor are purely a rumor. So there is no official information about whether the movie will come or not. Nevertheless, it would not be wrong to say that such a statement excites Spider-Man fans very much.
Sam Raimi, the man behind the original trilogy, told Fandango in April 2022 that anything is possible and that he is open to the idea of Spider-Man 4.
