Apple is asking its suppliers to produce 85 million iPhone 15 series smartphones this year. The company from Cupertion will keep its production volume at the same level as last year’s iPhone 14 series, despite the problems in the global economy and the decline in the smartphone market.According to information based on Apple’s business partners, the company will not reduce the amount of iPhone 15 orders this year. However, the firm will make some changes in the content of the orders, taking into account the macroeconomic difficulties and the general decline in the industry.
It is stated that the number of entry-level iPhone 15 orders will be reduced by 2 million units, primarily due to production problems with camera sensors. Apple will make up for this cut by increasing the volume of orders for the production of Pro models.
Price increase planned for Pros
