Honor, which was sold to a Chinese consortium in 2020 after Huawei was blacklisted on the grounds that it has direct links with the Chinese state, continues to work in the smartphone industry without being subject to sanctions recently. While there is no official information about which products the company will introduce at the launch at the moment, a new leak that has emerged recently is that the Honor 60 series will be showcased at the said event.
Honor 60 series may be introduced on November 22
The company’s CMO (Marketing and Sales Department Manager) Jiang Hairong recently made an exciting post from his account on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo.
The manager, who signaled that a new smartphone will be introduced at the event to be held in the coming days, indirectly confirmed that this is the Honor 60 series with the image in the post.

As it is known, an image with a sky background was leaked by WHY LAB earlier, revealing the back design of the Honor 60 series. In the visual, the future of the series with the dual-ring camera design, like its predecessor, was largely clear. The share of the company’s CMO also includes a sky background and a ring shape. The similarity of the two images strongly strengthens the claims that the smartphones can be introduced on November 22.
The series will include three different models, Honor 60, Honor 60 Pro and Honor 60 SE. Although there are not many details about the technical features of the devices, we can say that the standard and Pro models will have 66W fast charging support and the SE model will have 40W fast charging support.

As it will be remembered, Counterpoint Research’s third quarter 2021 Chinese smartphone market report was shared in the past weeks. Honor, which ranks third in the report with a market share of 15 percent after vivo and OPPO, managed to surpass companies such as Xiaomi, Apple and Huawei.
