Taiwanese research company TrendForce has recently published an important report on the future of the smartphone market. In the report, it was stated that the industry, which has been in decline due to various problems such as the chip crisis and pandemic, will recover in the next year and the production can reach up to 1.39 billion units.
The company also made important claims about Apple’s strategic planning and claimed that the affordable iPhone SE 3 will be introduced in addition to the iPhone 14 series next year. According to the research firm, the device will be available to users in March.
Although the iPhone SE 3 is the company’s cheapest 5G phone, it is expected to be powered by the Apple A15 Bionic, the flagship processor used in the iPhone 13 series. Thus, it is planned to increase the competition in the sector with its affordable price and high-end features.
In addition, it will come with a screen-to-body ratio and a 4.7-inch LCD panel similar to previous generations. It will also be the last model to use this type of panel within Apple.
