In the past months, Rockstar Games, one of the fathers of the game world, made a surprise announcement and announced that it would overhaul three legendary GTA games. Announcing the ‘Definitive Edition’ versions of GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas, Rockstar would bring the games closer to today’s conditions by renewing them within their original systems, not from the beginning.
Finally, the games release date, November 11, arrived and all three games were released, but I wish they hadn’t. Because all three games were full of mistakes. In addition, the effects added to make the game look ‘today’ annoyed many players. The most controversial of these was the rain effect.
Rain effect where Rockstar had a sight challenge with players:
As you can see in the video above, the rain effect in GTA: San Andreas (and other games) was eye-catching. In this blinding rain effect while trying to follow what’s going on on the screen, the producers chose raindrops big enough to knock you out for some reason if they landed on your head. This rain effect has been fixed by modders who are the saviors and survivalists of the GTA series and many other games.
After the mod the game looks like this:
A mod developer named ‘GTATrilogyMods’ has released a mod that fixes the rain effect in GTA: San Andreas Definitive Edition. The mod changed the raindrops in the game from being a meteorite to normal, ‘modern’ raindrops. The difference was truly enormous. We could now see the world!
What you need to do to install the mod is quite simple. ‘RainFixV1.’ on the page opened by clicking this link. 1. Download the file named ‘zip’ and put the file named ‘Gameface’ in the ZIP you downloaded into the file where the game is installed. Now you can play the game without fear of the rain, if you want to play… You made the legend a chestnut Rockstar.
- NOTE: It is reported that the mod also works in GTA III.
