Software giant Microsoft announced on its official blog that it has released a preview version of build number 23475 for Windows 11 testers. The company began testing the new File Explorer interface and RGB lighting control in the operating system.

The most important update was in File Explorer, which is more and more like Microsoft Edge browser. File preview images were included on the main screen. In the new interface, recently accessed and frequently used files are at the hands of users.

In addition, the address bar has been updated to intelligently recognize local and cloud folders. Integrating with OneDrive, the address bar now allows users to view OneDrive sync status and quota information.

Added RGB lighting control

In addition to File Explorer, Dynamic Lighting feature was added to the test version of the operating system. It allows you to control the RGB lighting of devices using the HID LampArray standard. Currently, Razer’s extensive list of keyboards and mice are supported.

Many device manufacturers, including Acer, ASUS, HP, HyperX, Logitech, Razer and Twinkly, have partnered with Microsoft on Dynamic Lighting. Users will no longer need to install a large number of applications on their systems for RGB control.
