Gensler mentioned that if there is real value in cryptocurrencies, at this point, the SEC will ensure the compliance process on reliability. Arguing that the SEC is not a bad actor, Gensler underlined the rhetoric of compliance.
Gensler stated that they could cooperate with the crypto industry, and stated that Satoshi Nakamoto made an important initiative. In addition, Gensler reiterated that cryptocurrencies are speculative and do not act in harmony.
