Enermax has announced quite a few products at Computex, including a very unique power supply (PSU). Enermax’s new Platimax Gemini power supply is the world’s first PSU model that is compatible not only with the current ATX 3.0 standard, but also with the upcoming ATX 12VO standard.

Enermax Platimax Gemini

Platimax Gemini comes with 1200W power capacity and 80 Plus Platinum certification. The power supply, which comes with a 600W PCIe 5.0 cable, can reach 74 percent efficiency at 2 percent load. Platimax Gemini is also compliant with the CCC 5000M certification designed for medical and aerospace use. By the way, the dimensions of the product are 150x150x86mm.

Alongside Platimax, Enermax also introduced DFX, which the company calls Dust-Free Rotation or DFR technology, which has a dust-free coating that prevents dust from accumulating on the propellers. Again, this model comes with ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 compatibility and a power capacity of up to 1600W.
The company also introduced the LIQTECH TR4 II and LIQMAXFLO AIO coolers. The first is certified by Intel for use with Xeon Sapphire Rapids workstation processors, while the mounting kits are designed with Intel W3400 and W2400 in mind. However, it also fully supports AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO processors, including sWRX8 / sTRX4 / TR4 /SP3 sockets.

The LIQMAXFLO, on the other hand, has an ARGB VRM fan and also incorporates a very nifty feature: airflow routing to cool the VRMs surrounding the CPU. Considering this is a very critical part of cooling that AIOs typically lack (air coolers automatically cool this part as well due to airflow), it will be a very useful feature to have for those planning to overclock their PC.
