We’ve seen a lot of iPhone 15 leaks so far. And now a new leak gives very important clues, especially for those who are curious about the design of the series. The new images that have emerged show the mock-ups of the four models that will allegedly form the iPhone 15 series.
The new images come from MacRumors and are based on allegedly reliable information provided by case manufacturers. While the mockups aren’t really working phones, it’s enough for us to see how the iPhone 15 models will look and feel.
As you can see in MacRumors’ video right below, the edges of the bezels of the phones have a more rounded appearance as previously anticipated, but there is really no major design change. The phones feel “less sharp, more comfortable” in the hand, says Dan Barbera of MacRumors.
According to these mock units and previous rumors, the mute switch becomes a button, and all four iPhone 15 models are switching to USB-C for data transfer and charging in line with the latest EU directives.
Looking at the cameras, it seems that the high-end iPhone 15 Pro Max will indeed have a periscope lens, but apart from that, there will be no change in the camera bumps. According to information from other sources, the camera bumps can be completely redesigned this time.
MacRumors calls these phones the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. So there is no surprise in the naming.
