Continuing to lead the race to develop artificial intelligence tools and applications, Nvidia announced that it will launch more artificial intelligence products.
Speaking at the Computex fair held in Taiwan on May 28, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang introduced the new artificial intelligence supercomputer project called DGX GH200. According to Huang, this supercomputer will help tech companies develop counterparts to the popular artificial intelligence chatbot ChatGPT.
Nvidia Accelerates AI Activities
Major technology companies such as Microsoft, Meta and Alphabet are expected to be among the leading users of supercomputer equipment.
Along with that, Huang has announced a new service aimed at the video game industry, called Nvidia ACE for Games. ACE will use artificial intelligence to help give more features to the background characters in the games. In addition, the company plans to partner with marketing and communications giant WPP to combine artificial intelligence and metaverse technologies to reduce advertising costs.
While Nvidia is leading the way in producing high-performance chips to power AI applications, other companies are rushing to join the AI trend.
Microsoft recently announced that it has developed its own chip capable of powering applications like ChatGPT. In addition, Chinese developers are trying to combat US sanctions that block access to the latest version of Nvidia chips. In this context, local developers are experimenting with combinations of chips and semiconductors to create their own artificial intelligence development methods.
