Discovered in FSR 3.0 codes
According to the details in GPUOpen code, FSR 3.0 may be capable of rendering more than 1 interpolated frame. In addition, it is stated in the code line that this number can reach up to four. Therefore, the scaling technology will be able to produce up to 4 interpolated frames for each real frame.
Could rival Nvidia DLSS 3.0
It should be noted that AMD does not have any artificial intelligence plans for the FSR “FiedilityFX Super Resolution”. As a matter of fact, FSR 1 and 2.0 support a wide range of GPUs regardless of hardware. However, it is reported that FSR 3.0 can be integrated on the driver side compared to previous versions. If this happens, we can say that the technology will not support Intel/NVIDIA hardware.
In addition, AMD says that the gaming experience targeted for FSR 3.0 will be much more fluid and will offer 2x more performance. Focusing especially on latency, the red team will also make the transition from FSR2 to FSR3 as easy as possible. It has not yet announced when FSR 3.0 will be completed and introduced in games.
