The top model in the 2023 Smart Monitor series, the M80C is a 32-inch 4K monitor with 400 nits maximum brightness, HDR10+, 60Hz refresh rate, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 4ms response time. SmartThings, ZigBee, Thread (Matter) support is built in. In this model, sound comes from two 5w speakers. The monitor, which comes with a remote control that charges from USB-C, comes out of the box with Slim Fit Cam.
Samsung’s new smart monitors run on the Tizen operating system. Therefore, all popular digital platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus come loaded. Monitors, Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, AirPlay 2, Miracast, Samsung DeX, Multi View, Samsung Gaming Hub, Microsoft 365, Google Meet and Workspace are available. It can be voice controlled via Bixby and Alexa.
