Warner Bros. Many fans of the universe were taken aback when Games announced the Harry Potter Quidditch Champions. There was a widespread belief that a Quidditch mod would be added to Hogwarts Legacy as a paid DLC, given the immense success of the game made by Avalanche Software. However, Hogwarts Legacy and Quidditch Champions, which have earned over $1.3 billion in revenue, will appear as two completely separate games. And now the highly anticipated gameplay video of Harry Potter Quidditch Champions has appeared.

Limited closed beta testing is currently underway for Harry Potter Quidditch Champions, developed by Unbroken Studios. A few videos of these closed beta tests were shared by a user on Reddit. Features such as gameplay and character customization can be seen in the video below. You can also review the screenshots in the article, as there is a possibility that the leaked video content will be removed.
The character customization video is arguably the most interesting leak. Players can choose from a variety of face presets, including Harry Potter himself. At the same time, of course, the customization of the broom and the celebration of goals and victory are among the customizations that can be made.

Because Harry Potter Quidditch Champions allows players to change their roles in the team at any time, the customization system allows them to tweak each role to feel visually unique. Speaking of roles, here’s some brief information about the basic roles:

game roles

Chasers are agile wizards whose task is to focus on scoring (controlling the Quaffle ball and getting it into the goal). Hitters, on the other hand, try to make a difference with the Bludger, an iron ball that can be used to knock opponents off their broomsticks. The shooters, who have 2 in each team, will try to give their team an advantage by hitting the opponent players with a bludger and disrupting their offensive or defensive patterns.
The Seeker will be in a unique role position as he is tasked with finding the Golden Snitch and capturing it before the enemy Seeker does. According to Lore, catching the Golden Snitch is worth 150 points for the team, but we don’t know yet if the rule will be the same in this game. Finally, the holders will try to protect the three goal posts from the opponents’ attempts to score.

You can get a better understanding of these tasks from the video below. Meanwhile, Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions doesn’t have an official release date yet, but as far as we know, the game will be available on PC and consoles.
