AMD and Nvidia’s highly anticipated mid-range graphics cards RTX 4060 Ti and RX 7600 faced off in 3DMark-based DX11, DX12 and ray tracing tests. So what does the recently introduced RTX 4060 Ti offer against its rival? Here are the first early results.RTX 4060 Ti vs RX 7600
If we recall, the RTX 4060 Ti was introduced with 4325 CUDA cores, 2.54GHz boost speed, 8 to 16GB memory capacity, 128-bit memory bus and 140W TDP. According to the latest reports, AMD RX 7600 will have 32 computing units, 8GB GDDR6 memory, 128-bit bus, 288GB/s bandwidth, 2048 stream processors and Navi 33 XL GPU.
Looking at the 3DMark TimeSpy tests, the RTX 4060 Ti appears to be 25 to 25 percent faster than the Radeon RX 7600. So much so that this difference increases to 63 percent in ray tracing DX 12 tests. However, it should be noted that the difference between the two cards in the FireStrike test fell to single digits. At this point, the RX 7600 is 3 to 8 percent behind its rival.When comparing both cards with their predecessors, the RTX 4060 Ti 8GB is on average 10 percent faster than the RTX 3060 Ti. The RX 7600, on the other hand, manages to get ahead of the RX 6600 by 34 percent.
In the light of the shared information, we can say that the AMD RX 7600 will compete with the RTX 4060 instead of the RTX 4060 Ti. However, it should be noted that these comparisons were taken from more than one review and were obtained with beta drivers. Therefore, we may see slight differences in the final results.
