Netflix is starting to offer its games to iPhone and iPad users, just one week after releasing its games to Android users. Users will be able to download games from the App Store, as we said in our news here before. In other words, downloading from within the Netflix app is not possible due to App Store rules.

Starting today, you will start seeing a special section in the Netflix iOS and iPadOS apps where you can select a game to download. You will be able to launch games from the Netflix app. Whether you open it from there or directly on your iPhone or iPad, you will need to verify your Netflix account before playing.

The first games are the same as those offered on Android: Stranger Things 1984, Stranger Things 3, Shooting Hoops, Teeter Up and Card Blast. These games are expected to be followed by Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story, which will also come to Nintendo Switch and PC on both platforms.
