Steam is working on a feature that allows users to test certain games. According to the statement from the platform, developers will be able to offer limited-time free trials (demo) for their games. The first game offered under this feature was Dead Space Remake. How to use Steam free trial right?
Dead Space Remake will be free for 90 minutes on Steam
Developed by EA Motive and released in January, Dead Space Remake received very positive reviews. With the new statement, it will be available on Steam until May 29 as a free trial. In this trial, it is possible to play the game for 90 minutes.
Free trials for games aren’t entirely new to Steam. It was often presented as a “free weekend offer” and gave players full access for several days. But Dead Space Remake will be available for a long time.
Players will get access to the first 90 minutes of the 12-hour horror adventure. After the free trial expires, you will be able to purchase the game if you wish and continue where you left off in the story.
The limited-time launch of Dead Space Remake seems to attract Steam users who are undecided about purchasing the game. However, it should be noted that the game is on sale on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X / S consoles.
