Unfortunately, more detailed information about this upcoming game is still not available. It is unclear whether there will be a COD NEXT-style special event, but as of now, it is believed that the new game will be announced around August 1.
It is not yet clear what the exact name of Call of Duty 2023 will be, but it is believed that the game will essentially be a sequel to Modern Warfare 2 and can be called Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. In previous reports, Jason Schreier from Bloomberg also stated that the game was developed by Sledgehammer Games. In the news last month, it was said that the first beta process of the game will start on October 6 for PlayStation consoles and October 12 for Xbox, PlayStation and PC. The first dates for the full release of COD 2023 were November 10, 2023.
