Having made a name for itself in the world of smartphones with its Pixel series, Google creates an “a” series as an alternative to the series with flagship hardware. The countdown has begun for Pixel 7a, which will come as an alternative to the last model. Leaks about the device have also increased.
Google Pixel 7a takes the stage with 3 different color options
Pixel 7a will be showcased at the Google I/O event, which will be held this evening. Known for its leaks, OnLeaks reached the official promotional video hours before. Important sources said that the device will be similar in design to Pixel 7 and Pixel 6a. The video confirms this claim. It also appears to come in standard white, black, and a pale blue tone called Arctic Blue.
What to expect in the Pixel 7a model?
It is almost certain that the Pixel device will come with a Tensor G2 processor. It will have 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The front panel of the Google device has an OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The panel will have a resolution of 1080p.
The dual camera setup on the back panel stands out. The 64 Megapixel IMX787 main camera will be accompanied by a 13 Megapixel IMX712 ultra wide angle lens. In addition, there is a selfie camera with a resolution of 10.8 Megapixels. The Pixel device, which will come out of the box with Android 13, is expected to have a 4,500 mAh battery, 18W fast charging and 5W wireless charging support.
