Paxful, which started its attempts to establish a P2P platform after its bankruptcy, announced that the platform is working.

Co-founder Artur Shaback said the P2P platform Paxful is up and running and is managed by a Delaware attorney. Paxful posted a note online, “After a month hiatus, we are happy to announce that the Paxful marketplace is back online.”

The platform shut down in April, and co-founder Shaback sued another co-founder, Ray Youssef, who later stepped down as CEO. Shaback told The Block that he could come to a settlement with Youssef, who accused his former partner of being greedy.

Youssef said in a recent statement that Paxful decided to dissolve the company in November due to legal uncertainty in the US. It was one of the few companies affected by the regulatory environment in the US to take enforcement actions against exchanges and sue from oversight agencies.
