Nothing, which turned the smartphone world upside down with its first model with a transparent design, is working on the new device. New leaks about Nothing Phone (2), its design and features have emerged. The device, which will be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, will have a striking screen.
What will the Nothing Phone (2) design and features be like?
Since its announcement at MWC 2023, rumors about the Phone (2) have been on the agenda. The first feature of the device that stands out is that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. This processor is expected to boost its performance with 8GB / 12GB RAM.
On the storage side, the Phone (2), which will come with 128GB / 256GB options; It will have a 6.55-inch AMOLED panel with FHD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The fingerprint scanner is expected to come embedded in the screen.
According to the leaked information, the Phone 2 will house a 50 Megapixel main and two sensors with optical image stabilization (OIS). The selfie camera on the front is expected to be embedded in the screen. The device is said to be powered by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
The new model, which will come out of the box with NothingOS 1.5 based on Android 13, will be distinguished from its competitors with its stylish and simple interface. Also, an earlier announcement showed that Nothing will gain Android 14 beta support. So it won’t take much time to upgrade to Android 14.
Leaks suggest that the Phone 2 will feature an aluminum frame. The release date and price remain unclear for now.
