Prolific artificial intelligence, led by Midjourney and ChatGPT, has laid the foundations for a major change in the industry in recent months. While giant companies continue to develop their own tools, Google and Microsoft are currently at the top of the fight for artificial intelligence.
Well, while all this is going on, what does Apple do, which we don’t hear much about as usual, what does it think about artificial intelligence? Here the answer to this question was given directly by Apple CEO Tim Cook.
Artificial intelligence has potential, but be careful:
Meeting with investors, Tim Cook emphasized that artificial intelligence technologies have great potential. However, he also stated that there are “a number of problems that need to be resolved”. For this reason, he added that these technologies should be approached “responsibly and thoughtfully”.
Cook declined to reveal Apple’s future AI plans for its products and services. He also did not comment on artificial intelligence developed by other companies (like OpenAI’s ChatGPT).
