Hogwarts Legacy breaks first quarter record: Leading in sales figures

Developed by Avalanche Software and developed by Warner Bros. Published by Hogwarts Legacy, it made quite a splash in the game world after its release. So much so that the beloved production sold more than 10 million copies in just two weeks. Now gaming industry analyst NewZoo has revealed the most popular PC games in the first quarter of 2023.

Quarter-record from Hogwarts Legacy

The new shared report shows that Hogwarts Legacy finished the quarter in the lead, surpassing all other PC games in the United States and the United Kingdom. As a matter of fact, in a recent announcement, Warner Bros Games announced that the game has sold more than 12 million copies. A total of 850 million dollars was obtained from these sales.

Let us also remind you that only PC sales are included in these figures. Hogwarts Legacy, which will be released on Playstation 4 and Xbox One on May 5, will meet with Nintendo Switch users at the end of July.

When we look at the games in the rest of the list, we see that Sons of the Forest, the survival horror game developed by Endpoint, is in the first place. Another production that debuted this year and is included in the list is Dead Space Remake.
