American entrepreneur Elon Musk announced on Twitter that a paid subscription is available for creators.

The latest update to the social media platform allows users to monetize all types of Twitter posts worldwide and aims to increase the number of followers and create new revenue streams on the social media platform.

Musk announced the new feature coming to his social media platform, with the words: “Creators can now provide worldwide subscriptions to their text, images and videos on this platform!”

Subscriber-only content

On the other hand, Musk emphasized that it will take a few days longer to activate an iPhone subscription because these subscriptions must be approved by Apple. Of course, the monetization feature will also be available for Android users.

The subscription feature will allow Twitter users to request a monthly fee from their subscribers by choosing one of the price categories determined by the company. After payment, subscribers will have access to the Twitter user’s exclusive non-public content.
