According to Bloomberg editor Mark Gurman, Apple is bringing health tracking of iPhone and iPad users to digital. It is developing an app to help users improve their exercise and eating habits and sleep better. The health coach named Quartz will receive support from artificial intelligence.

The coaching service will use data from the Apple Watch to create personalized coaching programs. Quartz, which is expected to be offered with iOS 17, will be accessible via paid subscription. It is also said to be integrated into Apple Fitness Plus.

The new update also brings a new Health app to iPadOS 17. This service will be able to track overall health by processing the fitness data and other health records collected by the Apple Watch. It will also be a portal where users can share information with their doctors.

According to an earlier report, Apple will offer an app that allows logging. Codenamed “Jurassic,” the service will allow its users to regularly record their thoughts and activities. In this way, the mental and physical health of iPad and iPhone owners will be monitored.
