Investment firm Ark Invest purchased shares in three parts through its different commercial branches. With these acquisitions, Ark Invest received approximately $8.6 million worth of Coinbase shares.

Ark Invest has been clamoring for shares in Coinbase, which recently sued the SEC. It was noteworthy that the case and the share purchase coincided with the same day.
Ark Invest, an American investment management firm led by Cathie Wood, has acquired Coinbase shares through three different trading arms. Ark Innovation ETF bought 122,083 shares, while ARK Next Generation Internet ETF bought 20,327 shares. Finally, the ARK Fintech Innovation ETF bought 14,633 shares. The total expenditure of all these shares was approximately $8.6 million.
