In the official statement made today, Activision announced that Call of Duty: The Board Game, the tabletop role-playing game inspired by the Call of Duty series, is on the way. According to the shared details, Call of Duty: The Board Game will be a strategy game where players take on the roles of elite soldiers and fight each other on the iconic maps of the Call of Duty series. Although the details are not known yet, it is highly likely that we will encounter characters from the popular series such as Captain Price, Ghost and Soap. In addition, the board game will offer different scenarios and game modes.

It will be really interesting to see the Call of Duty series, which we are familiar with from the past, transformed into a board game format. Call of Duty: The Board Game will be available for pre-order on Kickstarter in Fall 2023. Global sales are expected to begin in 2024.
