The countdown has officially begun for Mix Fold 3, the successor model of Xiaomi Mix Fold 2, which was presented to users last year and achieved significant sales success. The technical specifications of the smartphone, which is expected to be showcased in August, have recently emerged. So what will Xiaomi offer with the Mix Fold 3 features?
Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 features revealed
The Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 model is claimed to have a 6.5-inch OLED FHD+ resolution 120 Hz cover screen and an 8.02-inch OLED FHD+ 120 Hz internal foldable display. Both panels will appear in front of users with a perforated design.
The foldable phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It will also incorporate LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 technologies. At this point, it is said that the top variant of the model will offer 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.
The device will have a quad camera setup consisting of 50 Megapixel IMX989, 50 Megapixel IMX858 ultra wide angle, 50 Megapixel telephoto lens and 50 Megapixel IMX858 periscope sensors. The model, which is expected to charge at 67W wired and 50W wireless speeds, will run the Android 13-based MIUI 14 interface as soon as it comes out of the box.
