Wanting to appeal to more users in the entry and middle segment market, Qualcomm has completed its work for its new processor. The technical specifications of the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor have been leaked.
Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 features revealed
Qualcomm will cooperate with Samsung on its new processor. Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will be produced with Samsung’s 4nm technology.
It is estimated that the processor, which will be released with the code SM4450, will support LPDD5X and UFS 3.2 technologies. It should be noted that the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 model has LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 technologies.
Qualcomm will include 2 x 2.2GHz ARM Cortex-A78 and 6 x 1.95GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores in its new processor. On the graphics interface side, the 955MHz Adreno 613 will be used.
It is among the claims that the new processor will be used in the Redmi Note 13 series. It is not yet known when the company will introduce the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 model.
