Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, also did not ignore the stormy meme coin PEPE of recent days. Binance-owned wallet announced that it will not add support for altcoin.

As you follow on Kriptokoin.com, an altcoin project using the frog meme has smashed the popular meme coin Dogecoin. This meme coin is Pepe (PEPE), which has risen over 210X. As PEPE took the market by storm, it also rose to the top of the trends in social media.

Cryptocurrency exchange Binance also did not ignore it, making PEPE a gesture. Trust Wallet, one of the best-known crypto wallets owned by Binance, has added support for PEPE as the cryptocurrency is trending high on social media. Trust Wallet announced the development to its users on Twitter:

Coinmarketcap reports that PEPE has a market cap of $143 million and a 24-hour trading volume of $155 million. Altcoin price hit $0.0000003678, up 274% on the day. At press time, the altcoin was trading at $0.0000003128, up about 81% on a daily basis.

PEPE prediction from Shiba Inu estimator

Charlie, a well-known cryptocurrency enthusiast who previously predicted the popular meme coin Shiba Inu (SHIB) rally in 2020, recently claimed that “PEPE is the next Shiba Inu.” Charlie also said that perhaps PEPE could follow a similar trajectory as SHIB, adding that ‘in retrospect this is always clear’.

Scam alert from PeckShieldAlert

In the meantime, it is important to remember that it is commonplace for the cryptocurrency market, after the spectacularly debut altcoin projects, the emergence of other attempts for fraud. Noting this, crypto detective PeckShieldAlert warned against a fake Twitter account and Pepe Coin website. Blockchain security firm confirmed that the account (@pepecoineth_) is fake and the link “pepecoin.vip” is a phishing site.
