Insidious: The Red Door, the 5th ring of the movie Insidious, whose first film was released in 2010, focuses on 10 years after the events of Insidious: The Last Key. The movie is expected to be released on July 7, 2023.
Former players return after 10 years
The final episode of “Insidious” is Patrick Wilson’s directorial debut. Original cast members Ty Simpkins, Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Andrew Astor and Lin Shaye are set to return in the movie. Other cast members include Hiam Abbass, Pete Drager and Sinclair Daniel.
The script is written by Scott Teems, based on the story of the creator of the series, Leigh Whannell.
The film first debuted in 2010 as Insidious. He then appeared in front of the audience with Insidious: Chapter 2 in 2013. The last movie, Insidious: The Red Door, which will be a direct sequel to these movies, will also be the 5th movie in the series in terms of chronology.
Insidious: The Red Door is scheduled to hit theaters on July 7, 2023 by Sony Pictures Releasing.
