READING NOW A Strange Claim: iPhone 14 May Not Be More Powerful Than iPhone 13!

iPhone 13 series has been introduced and of course, the next model has already started to be talked about, as is tradition. We will probably share with you various news about the iPhone 14 series for the next 1 year, because leaks have started to come. It seems that Apple will not make any processor changes in the iPhone 14 series and will come up with a similar processor.

As it is known, Apple, which used the Apple A15 Bionic processor in the iPhone 13 series, preferred the Apple A14 Bionic processor in the previous generation iPhone 12 series. Yes, the processors are different from each other and although they have shown this difference in frequency speeds, when we look at the fabrication processes, we see that both processors are 5 nm architecture. The new leaks are also related to this.

Allegedly, Apple will also use a processor based on the 5 nm architecture in the iPhone 14. Looking at previous leaks, it was said that Apple would improve the fabrication process in the iPhone 14 series and reduce it to 3 nm architecture. This meant that it would produce higher frequency speeds and higher performance. However, it looks like the iPhone 14 won’t be that fast, and allegedly won’t be faster than the iPhone 13 either.

In fact, it doesn’t make much sense not to see an occasional performance increase as claimed. Because although they share the same fabrication process, there is a performance difference of about 50 percent between iPhone 13 and iPhone 12. Because the clock speeds of the cores used in the processor have been improved. Based on this, of course, the iPhone 14 will be faster than the iPhone 13 series; however, we can say that this speed may not be as expected from the new generation fabrication process.
